Trudy’s coaching skills are of most benefit to women in transition from middle to senior roles in business, during times of challenge, change and potential conflict. An Executive Professional Coach (Association for Coaching) and facilitator, she has worked in the people-development arena for 30 years. An Assistant Faculty Member with the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC) she regularly delivers the AoEC Executive Practitioner Diploma Programme in Ireland. 

Prior to becoming a coach, Trudy’s career was in banking in London, Zurich and Frankfurt. Her range business and people experiences gives her a wide perspective on the needs of various levels of management, especially in self-awareness, communication and confident impact for those moving from middle to senior roles.
